I ordered a custom badge for my husband who is in law enforcement. I received it and the quality of it is incredible! They were super responsive, and it was super easy to add the requested details online, but I still received questions and was asked for confirmation.

I bought this product and had issues with the flag keeping the coins from falling over time and time again. I reached out to the company, who sent me a brand new flag that had some modifications. Now my coins stay and don’t fall off. The quality and craftsmanship is nice and customer service was fast and polite. I would highly recommend purchasing something from this company if you are interested.
